  Other fundraising websites have a tendency to become stagnant. StreamThatCause.com is the ONLY website that provides the technology to host your own Video Web-A-Thon Event. Our dynamic two week event-style Video Web-A-Thon creates and excitement and urgency that brings big results fast.

• What should my video be about?

  Creating your own video is captivating and compels others to watch. Get creative and see what you come up with. The possibilities are endless.

• Can I upload more than one video during my Web-A-Thon?

  Absolutely, you may upload as many videos as you like — and as often as you like — during your Web-A-Thon Event. There is even an archive on your web page that allows people to go back and watch any of your videos they may have missed.

• Does the video have to be watched all the way through to be counted?

  Yes.

• What if my cause doesn’t fit one of the categories listed?

  You may either pick the one that best represents your cause or you may list your cause under the heading of ‘other’.

• Does StreamThatCause.com get a percentage of the money my group collects?

  Absolutely not. StreamThatCause.com charges a low one time fee of just $7 per 2 week Video Web-A-Thon Event for the use of our exclusive technology. You keep all donations raised by your group.

• Does the video view counter start over when I upload a new video?

  No. Once your Web-A-Thon Event officially starts your video view counter does not start over when you upload additional videos. Your pledgers are pledging money based on how many views your videos receive in total during the two week Web-A-Thon Event — or the amount of time you have specified to run your Web-A-Thon. (Remember, at any time during your Web-A-Thon you may choose to extend beyond two weeks for $10 per month).

• Can I extend my Web-A-Thon once I have launched it and the video counter has started?

  Yes you may choose to extend it for $10 per month at any time before it ends.

• When does my organization have access to the money we have collected?

  All money donated to your cause goes directly into your cause’s PayPal account. Visit their website for details.

• If I collect money from someone in person, is there a way to have it reflect on my goal tracker?

  Donations collected in person cannot be reflected on your goal tracker.

• What if I see an inappropriate video on the StreamThatCause.com website?

  Under the video on each webpage you will see a “report this cause” that you may click on which alerts StreamThatCause.com of a possible problem. It will be addressed promptly.
